Returns and refunds policy
In accordance with the legislation in force regarding electronic commerce and given the nature of the products offered, we inform customers of the following:
1. Original works and exclusivity
All the works available in this store are original, handmade by the artist Jaime Gost Cabello. They are unique, non-reproducible pieces, the purchase of which implies acceptance of their exclusive and unrepeatable nature. Consequently, no returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase has been completed, except in the legally established cases of defect or damage attributable to transport (see point 3).
2. Commissioned or custom works
In cases where the work has been made to order or following specific instructions from the customer —whether regarding theme, format, technique or any other aspect— the buyer acknowledges that the creation process is personalised and exclusive. Therefore, it will not be possible to cancel the order once the commission has begun, nor will returns or refunds be accepted, in accordance with article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain) and equivalent regulations in other countries, relating to products made according to the consumer's specifications.
3. Damage during transport
Should the work arrive with damage attributable to transport, the buyer must notify us in writing within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, attaching clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging and of the damage to the work. After this period, no claims for damage will be accepted. Each case will be assessed individually and, where appropriate, an alternative solution may be offered (such as repair or replacement in the case of a commissioned work), but a monetary refund is not contemplated.
4. Information prior to purchase
The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing all available information about the work before completing the purchase, including images, measurements, technique, support and other relevant details. Should there be any doubt, you may contact us beforehand to obtain additional information.
By making a purchase in this store, the buyer expressly accepts the terms set out herein.
