Shipping policy

The works purchased through this store will be shipped within the national territory (Spain) in accordance with the terms set out below. This policy applies to all purchases made directly through the official website of the artist Jaime Gost Cabello.

1. Preparation and delivery times

Once the order has been confirmed and payment received, the shipment will be processed within an estimated period of 48 to 72 working hours, except in exceptional circumstances or force majeure, which will be duly communicated to the buyer.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and the courier company used.

2. Packaging conditions

Each work is shipped carefully rolled, with the paint facing outward, in order to properly protect the surface during transport. This method has been chosen to ensure maximum safety and preservation of the work during shipping.

3. Characteristics of the shipped work

  • All pieces are hand-signed by the artist, both on the front and on the back.
  • The year of creation is indicated on the back of the work.
  • A certificate of originality is included, issued and signed by the artist himself, certifying the authenticity and uniqueness of the work purchased.

4. Shipping cost

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of purchase and is clearly shown before completing the order. In certain cases or promotions, this cost may be included in the total price of the work, a circumstance that will be expressly communicated.

5. Shipment tracking

Once the work has been dispatched, the buyer will be provided with a tracking number from the courier company so that they can check the status of the shipment at any time.

6. Liability in the event of loss or damage

Should the shipment suffer visible damage or be lost during transport, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package, attaching photographic documentation of the packaging and of the work, where applicable. Each case will be assessed individually and a solution will be offered in accordance with the refunds policy.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly accepts the terms described in this shipping policy.
