Frequently Asked Questions

How and when will I receive my painting?

Shipping takes place within 48/72 working hours after payment is received, with the work carefully rolled, paint facing outward to protect the surface.

Each piece is signed on the front and back, and the year of creation is noted on the reverse.

A certificate of originality issued by the artist is also included.

Is the frame included?

The frame is not included for logistical reasons. If you live in Mallorca or can collect it on the island, a frame can be added, although its cost would be added to the final price.

Do you offer discounts?

I don't offer discounts because each work is unique and has a value defined out of respect for the artistic process. I don't work in series or repeat formulas. Whoever acquires a piece of mine takes home something exclusive and unique.

Do you accept returns?

I don't accept returns because each work is unique and original, created specifically to be acquired as it is. It is not an interchangeable product, but an exclusive piece with artistic value. Before buying, I am always available to answer any questions, share additional images or details. I prefer the decision to be a confident one from the start, so that each work reaches whoever truly wants it.

Can I request a commission?

Yes, I accept commissions, as long as my style and creative process are respected. The client can propose a general idea or certain guidelines, but the final work will be developed with complete freedom within my pictorial language.

The price is agreed privately. A 50% advance payment is required to begin the commission and the remaining 50% on delivery.
