About the artist

Pere Pujol (Artà, 1934 – Manacor, 2001), el gran escultor costumbrista de Mallorca. Autodidacta, inmortalizó en terracota y bronce a payeses, oficios y personajes de las rondalles; su obra está en el museo ArtArtà y en Es Baluard.
